RETURN ORDER

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through the website www.hostsupply.it - the official e-commerce website belonging to FSG Italia S.r.l., where its main products are marketed - without specifying reasons, within 14 days. The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

• in the case of a contract of sale relating to a single item, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products; or
• in the case of a sale contract relating to multiple items, selected in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last product; or
• in the case of a contract of sale relating to the delivery of items consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (at the following address: Via Val D'Enza, 78 42049 Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), e-mail hostsupply@hostsupply.it) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration (such as letter sent by post or e-mail). For this purpose you can use the “Withdrawal Type Form” at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

We inform you that:

• the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases referred to art. 59 of the Consumer Code and, in particular, with regard to contracts concluded through the e-shop, relating to the supply of products that risk deteriorating rapidly; sealed items which cannot be returned for hygienic or health-related reasons and are opened after delivery;
• the product is deemed to be open if the package results torn, even only partially, perforated, pierced, or, in any other way, even slightly compromised, resulting in loss of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to and for the effects referred to in art. 59, par. 1, lett. e) of the Consumer Code.

Effects of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract - in the case of individual orders - you will be refunded for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (including any additional costs arising from your possible choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery type we offer, if available). In the case of multiple orders, the transport costs on the products on which the withdrawal has been exercised, will be charged to the supplier and the refund will be related to the products mentioned above.

For the return of the products, properly protected and packaged, please make agreements directly with the offices F.S.G. Italia S.r.l. (T. +39 0522902051 – M. hostsupply@hostsupply.it ).

In any case, you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of them, other than the necessary one, needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

The Product must however be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, with all its accessories, labels, where present, and perfectly suitable for its intended use and free of signs of dirt, contamination, decay or poor preservation. The withdrawal, moreover, it’s applicable to the product in its entirety.
